Add censor/blur feature

I would love to censor some part of my screenshot or recording, to protect my privacy etc. Eg. I want to show the entire screen but there’s a portion of the recording would have a sensitive info such as promo code / message from family members.

I would love if the blurred result could still be aesthetically pleasing too. (Progressive blur or frosted glass rather than mosaic)
